You Hold Space for Everyone. Who Holds Space for You?

Support for Therapists

This work is sacred, and it is hard.

You spend your days sitting with other people's pain, their trauma, their most tender and complicated places. You do it because you care deeply. And sometimes, that depth of care costs you something.

I created this space because therapists deserve support too. Whether you're a new associate-licensed therapist learning to build a private practice from scratch, working through your own faith deconstruction, trying to build your competency with religious trauma clients, or simply needing a space to be witnessed in this work, you belong here.

Who This is For

This space is for:

  • Therapists who work with (or want to work with) religious trauma clients and are looking for specialized clinical guidance

  • Clinicians who are navigating their own faith deconstruction or spiritual transition alongside their professional work

  • Newer therapists seeking supervision for licensure, who want a supervisor with deep expertise in trauma, identity, and religious harm

  • Experienced therapists who want a consultation space to think through complex cases

  • Private practice owners looking for guidance on business entrepreneurship, branding, and marketing for build their client caseload

  • Therapists who need their own therapeutic support from someone who truly understands this territory

What I Offer

Clinical Supervision

For associate-licensed clinicians working toward licensure in Washington. Supervision is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in your growth as a whole person, not just a credential.

Support for Therapists in Their Own Healing

Individual counseling for clinicians who are doing their own work, including their own deconstruction, burnout recovery, or processing of vicarious trauma.
You deserve the same depth of care you offer others.

Case Consultation

For licensed therapists who want a thinking partner on complex cases – particularly those involving religious trauma, cult recovery, faith transitions, LGBTQ+ identity, or EMDR processing.

Community Offerings for Clinicians Nationwide

A space to be in community with others who do what you do. I often host weekly therapist process groups, book clubs (working through titles like The Artist's Way), and monthly networking events.

Why Work With Me

I bring both personal and professional depth to this work. As someone who navigated my own religious deconstruction I understand this territory in ways that go beyond clinical training.

I am a licensed mental health counselor and clinical supervisor in Washington and a licensed professional counselor in Arizona, with specialized training in religious trauma and spiritual abuse, Relationally Focused Psychodynamic Therapy (RFPT), Internal Family Systems, and EMDR, and experience supporting clinicians at all stages of their careers and their businesses.

I also know what it is to be the therapist who is going through something. There is no performance required here.

For consultation and personal therapeutic support, we can explore options depending on your location and needs.

Do you offer therapy for therapists?

Yes. I believe strongly in therapists doing their own work, and I hold deep respect for the courage it takes to seek support in a profession where we're expected to always be the helper. This space is completely confidential and judgment-free.
