Services
Depth-oriented therapy, EMDR intensives, women’s healing groups, and professional support for therapists.
I work with clients who want to do more than manage symptoms – they want to understand the deeper patterns, wounds, or beliefs driving their anxiety, depression, or relationship struggles.
My approach is slow, steady, and focused on long-term healing rather than quick behavioral fixes.
Clients often come to me because they’ve tried other therapy approaches without seeing the lasting change they were hoping for. Depth work is different: we explore the root of the issue so the transformation lasts.
If you’re looking for therapy that gets underneath the surface, you’re in the right place.
Individual Therapy
-
Individual therapy with me is a collaborative, relational process that supports you in understanding the “why” behind your experiences, not just learning how to cope with them.
We work to gently uncover the beliefs, wounds, stories, and parts of you that shaped how you show up in your relationships, your body, and your life.
-
You may be navigating:
Anxiety, depression, or chronic emotional overwhelm
Religious trauma or painful spiritual conditioning
Faith deconstruction and rebuilding identity
Relationship patterns that feel familiar or hard to shift
People-pleasing, perfectionism, or self-criticism
Challenges in setting or maintaining boundaries
Disconnection from yourself or your intuition
-
Our sessions will focus on safety, self-understanding, and slow, meaningful change. You’ll build emotional awareness, develop a deeper relationship with your inner world, and begin to shift long-held patterns from the inside out.
This isn’t “worksheet therapy” or a quick fix. This kind of work creates lasting transformation and takes time.
-
This approach is right for you if you’re someone who:
Wants to understand where your patterns come from
Is ready for emotional depth and steady therapeutic work
Values collaboration, insight, and internal awareness
Is committed to long-term healing, not quick fixes
Is navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, religious trauma, faith transition, or relational wounds
Wants a therapist who feels like a human, offering warmth, depth, and humor
-
I want you to land with the right therapist, even if that’s not me. This kind of therapy may NOT be a fit if you:
Prefer or need short-term, skills-only therapy
Want fast results without exploring deeper roots
Are looking for highly structured homework-based treatment
Want a directive coaching style rather than internal exploration
Need crisis-level or a higher level of care
Are not interested in trauma or parts-based work
If you’re unsure, that’s okay! We can talk through it during a consultation.
Religious Trauma Therapy
Healing the wounds from high-control religion.
Religious trauma can look like anxiety, shame, burnout, fear of making mistakes, or difficulty trusting your own inner voice or intuition. Faith deconstruction can feel disorienting, lonely, and destabilizing. You’re not alone, and you’re not “broken” for struggling.
I specialize in helping clients untangle the beliefs and emotional conditioning rooted in:
Mormonism / The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
Evangelical or fundamentalist Christianity
Purity Culture and
IBLP (Gothard / Duggar teachings)
High-control or fear-based spiritual groups
We work together to rebuild trust in your inner voice, process spiritual trauma, and create a grounded sense of yourself outside of rigid belief systems.
EMDR Intensives
(90–120 Minute Sessions)
Extended EMDR sessions allow us to move through trauma material more fully than a traditional 50-minute session allows.
These sessions offer more time for nervous-system regulation, deeper reprocessing, and sustained focus.
EMDR Intensives are ideal if you:
Are ready for deeper, uninterrupted trauma processing
Feel stuck in weekly therapy
Are working through sexual, physical, or emotional trauma or early attachment wounds
Need more time to settle, explore, and integrate in a therapy session
Prefer fewer sessions that go deeper, rather than weekly work
