After Eden
A group therapy experience for women leaving the LDS Church
Leaving your faith is just the beginning.
What follows can be overwhelming: grief, guilt, confusion about who you are, and the fear of disappointing those around you. The loss of structure, however limiting or controlling it once felt, can leave you feeling untethered and unsure of what comes next.
After Eden is an 8-week in-person therapy group for women who are deconstructing, questioning, or have left the LDS Church. It’s a space to tell the truth, name the harm, and gently reclaim what was always yours: your voice, your values, your inner knowing.
Whether you're weeks or years removed from Mormonism, you don’t have to untangle it alone.
What We Explore
Each session blends trauma-informed education, meaningful group processing, and space for reflection around themes like:
The “Good Girl” role and perfectionism
Body shame, purity culture, and disconnection from desire
Religious trauma and spiritual gaslighting
Navigating mixed-faith family systems
Grief, anger, identity loss—and what comes after
Reclaiming your voice, intuition, and truth
