Individual Therapy

All sessions are out-of-pocket and eligible for insurance reimbursement via Superbill, depending on your insurance plan and benefits.
I have also partnered with Spring Health to see clients who receive EAP benefits through their employer at no charge. If you believe you have benefits through Spring Health, log into your Spring Health portal here to schedule an appointment.
Clinical Supervision and Consultation
Clinical Supervision is intended for Associate-level therapists in need of regular, ongoing clinical support and oversight for licensure requirements.
Consultation is also available for fully licensed therapists in need of clinical support, mentorship, or hourly requirements for Supervision certification.

Supervision | $500 a month*
*Due to the nature of Clinical Supervision, I charge a monthly rate that includes 4 hours (or more) of weekly individual or dyadic Supervision sessions, full access to my license, free EHR account with Simple Practice, and 24/7 crisis intervention support.
Education and Group Therapy
Periodically, I will offer group therapy/support groups, psychoeducation classes, and training courses on various topics and areas of interest. Click below for current offerings.

Equitable Payment Structure
I offer a sliding-scale payment model to increase access to care while honoring the real costs of therapy. No matter which rate you choose, the quality of care you receive is the same.
This model is based on trust, transparency, and the belief that healing should be accessible without shame or pressure. If you’re unsure which rate is right for you, I’m happy to talk it through during our consultation.
Support Rate
$110 - $180
This rate is below the typical market rate and is designed for clients with limited financial resources. It’s intended to reduce financial strain while still making consistent therapy possible. Availability is limited.
Choose this rate if:
You have little to no access to generational wealth
You are navigating financial instability, low income, or debt
Paying the market rate would prevent you from meeting your basic needs
Market Rate
$185
This is the standard rate for a 50-minute therapy session and reflects the true cost of therapy, including session time, clinical expertise, and business operations.
Choose this rate if:
You can meet your household’s financial needs
Therapy fits within your monthly budget without undue hardship
You want to pay a fair rate for professional services
Redistribution Rate
$190 - $250+
If you are able to pay more without hardship, this rate helps subsidize sessions for those paying the Support Rate. It’s a way to participate in community care and financial equity.

You have access to financial abundance or stability
You are able to contribute toward making therapy more accessible for others
You value equity and want to support broader access to care
