Individual Therapy

Online or in-person, this is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts and emotions. Typically, meetings begin on a weekly basis and may move to bi-weekly over time, if therapeutically necessary.

All therapy sessions are out-of-pocket and eligible for insurance reimbursement depending on your insurance plan. I would be happy to assist you in pursuing Out-Of-Network insurance reimbursement.

Clinical Supervision and Consultation

Clinical Supervision is intended for Associate-level therapists in need of regular, ongoing clinical support and oversight for licensure requirements.

Consultation is available for fully licensed therapists and/or Supervisors in need of clinical support and mentorship.

Group Supervision is also available.
